Mike Adams EXPERIENCE:

Andrew Pogson EXPERIENCE:
Over 11 years in call centres altogether with the last seven of those at Customcall. Diploma in Call Centre Management and former McDonalds Manager.
CLIENTS MANAGED:
I look after a variety from many verticals - Financial Services, Telco, Energy, Entertainment.
BEST MOMENT:
'Ramping Up' - the buzz of all the teams working together to deliver on a campaign.
FUNNIEST MOMENT:
We were driving around with Trevor in Miami for four days on the US rewards trip, trying our best to navigate off a useless and minimalist map. Then on the way back to the Miami Airport, Nigel pointed out that on the other side was a very useful and detailed map we could have used the whole time!
IN 5 YEARS:
New house, second child and at the 2010 World Cup!
SPARE TIME:
Family, sport and more sport.
Trevor Folsom EXPERIENCE:
Over 17 years in Direct Sales & Marketing, Financial Services and Call Centre Industries.
CLIENTS MANAGED:
I have had direct involvement with most Customcall clients over the past 11 years.
BEST MOMENT:
Being able to witness staff develop into fantastic leaders and individuals by stepping out of their comfort zone and taking on challenges that most people (in other companies) would shy away from.
FUNNIEST MOMENT:
At the Staff Launch 2004 (a quarterly update of the business attended by over 150 staff) we had a camping and hiking theme. Putting on a skit for the staff, Mike the CEO was nominated to be a cheerful German hiker. Dressed up as a traditional Bavarian thigh-slapping dancer, he acted the skit out, but I tell you it was hilarious even as a co-actor (I was able to hide the tears of laughter behind the Ski Goggles I had on).
IN 5 YEARS:
I will look back over the past 20 years in business and reflect on all the things we have achieved as a company. I will co-host a massive re-union to thank all the people that have contributed to the success of the business – we will still be partying.
SPARE TIME:
Surfboat rowing, waterpolo and surfing.
Laurence Fonsdituri 

EXPERIENCE:
Eight years in call centre - six and a half of those at Customcall, with the last 3 and a half as a Project Manager for a range of financial services, charity, entertainment and energy clients. Previous experience includes corporate conference sales and Account Management for Apple.
CLIENTS MANAGED:
A variety of of major financial institutions, insurance companies and utility providers offering a diverse range of products through both inbound and outbound channels. 
BEST MOMENT:
Being told by a major client that we need to slow down - we were selling so much that they could not keep up!
FUNNIEST MOMENT:
A customer had requested to speak the manager on duty as he had felt that it unacceptable to allow vegetarians to sell insurance. The customer seemed very astute yet seemed to have trust issues with the idea of a vegetarian calling him. I love my job.
IN 5 YEARS:
Lake Como running the Italian Customcall Operation.
SPARE TIME:
I'm Italian so there really is no such thing: I usually have a wedding, birthday, engagement or something to do with the Family. When I finally do kick back I love doing a whole lot of nothing. Relax and enjoy time with my wife. Give Pro Ev Soccer a bash on the Playstation. I love my cars; I really, really love my cars. No really.

Nigel Shroot EXPERIENCE:
Project Manager at Customcall since 2002; commenced on a Card Cover campaign for a major card company. I then moved to Ace Insurance where I have been managing a variety of sponsors since 2005. 
CLIENTS MANAGED:
IMP, GE Money, Ace Insurance, American Express. 
BEST MOMENT:
The three weeks in the US with 6 other employees after winning the Employee of the Year Award in 2003. Some fantastic memories that are best left unspoken.
FUNNIEST MOMENT:
Karaoke John Williamson with Trevor.
IN 5 YEARS:
Watching Celtic play in a Champions League final....sorry, was this meant to be work related?
SPARE TIME:
I have a new born son, so I'm spending most of my time wondering how to take three years paternity leave!
Ian Robertson 

EXPERIENCE:
I have worked in outsourced customer service and sales solutions for over 12 years, having been with Customcall since August 2005. I have managed almost anything - from technical support, telecommunications, emergency assistance, insurance and even a breakfast cereal helpline!

BEST MOMENT:

FUNNIEST MOMENT:
Rangers 3, Celtic 1: August 20, 2005 (sorry Nige!)
IN 5 YEARS:
Drinking a glass of Burgundy in my French villa. Or taking my daughter to netball - one of the two.
SPARE TIME:
Wine, music and DVD's.

Darren Llewellyn EXPERIENCE:
Three years at Customcall - ten years experience in call centre sales environment.
CLIENTS MANAGED:
A number of clients across financial services, telecommunications, entertainment and utilities.
BEST MOMENT:
Always love the energy on day one of a new campaign.
FUNNIEST MOMENT:
Editing the video from the 2004 Xmas party.
IN 5 YEARS:
On a farm wearing dirty boots.
SPARE TIME:
Sport, wine and the love of a good woman.
Storm Bolton 

EXPERIENCE:
I have been working in the Call Centre Industry for over 7 years, in both Australia and the UK. Through this I have provided both inbound and outbound sales and service solutions for my clients.
CLIENTS MANAGED:
Over recent years I have been fortunate enough to work closely with a number of departments and provide outsourced solutions for a major banking client.
BEST MOMENT:
Well - if you can call it a 'moment' - was when I implemented a three month, interstate, 'trial campaign'. That was three and a half years ago and has led to further business opportunities and does not look like slowing down!
FUNNIEST MOMENT:
Every new group of trainees asking what my real name is.
IN 5 YEARS:
managing my own business which affords me to travel as much or as little as I would like, with houses in remote tropical locations.
SPARE TIME:
Tan a steak with wetty in hand, surrounded by family and friends, while camping and watching the tri-nations, Super 14, kite surfing, cricket, golf, tennis, lawn bowls....

Ben Major EXPERIENCE:
Nine years in call centres with the last five at Customcall

Seeing people grow and develop by taking on new challenges
